Thomas Planhage, CEO

Qualifications:
Thomas has a long career in facility management. He has been working at one of the
largest Property Management Companies in Sweden where he developed his deep
knowledge in the service and maintenance of properties. As he formed his own company
this knowledge was built into the Jetas system making the solution a very attractive service
management solutions from the start. Thomas is the owner and CEO of Jetas Quality
Systems.

Academic:
• 3-years Gymnasium, Electrical Telecommunication Technology
• 3 years post-secondary education at the evening school to become VVS engineer
• Further study at the employer Riksbyggen to become an Energy Engineer

Managerial:
Thomas worked between 1978 – 1984 with heating and ventilation systems, mainly in residential property. 1984 he started his own company, Energi & Fastighetservice AB Göteborg. The company worked with operation and maintenance of all types of real estate. In 1997 he started an IT-company, Jetas Quality Systems, creating a software for planning and quality assurance of maintenance work. As Thomas sold Energi & Fastighetservice AB Göteborg in 2008 to Primär Fastighetsförvaltning AB he continued running Jetas and started selling the solution to external customers

Hans Wilandh, Investor relations manager

Qualifications:
Hans has been working together with Jetas Quality Systems since 2013 with Business Development and Project Management. Hans has been working with IT-business since 1984, including the disciplines of sales, marketing and development. He has spent five year working abroad in Germany and Belgium driving business on the international arena. At Jetas, Hans is member of the management team and responsible for internationalisation projects.

Academic:
Hans has a Master of Science from Royal School of Technology in Stockholm. Hans has attended several sources in Sales and Project Management through his career

Managerial:
Hans has worked at some of the major Swedish Companies like Volvo, Electrolux and SCA as manager for system development. He has also worked with sales and marketing at major international cooperation’s like, HP, Dassault and Fujitsu. Hans has also been a member of the board at Bure Equity, a major private equity fund with focus on investments in the IT business.

Martin Henningsson, Business development

Qualifications:
Martin has been working together with Jetas Quality Systems since 2015 with mostly Business Development. Martin has a long experience in the IT market, since 1982 and have worked all over Europe with relations, partnership, agreements etc on an international level. As a member of the management team, Martin is involved in product development and the company international expansion. Martin has a very good understanding of the market in Europe.

Academic:
University studies in Gothenburg including project management, programming, systemising and analysing. Martin has attended several courses in business strategy, marketing and sales over the years. He has also experience of implementation of organisation including change management, budgeting etc.

Managerial:
Martin has worked at a number of International companies: Nordic, French, German and US based. Martin has been responsible for all market & sales activities at Sun Microsystems for CAD/ECAD in North & Eastern Europe. Martin has started an IT
distribution with business all over Europe. The company later was sold to Arrow Inc, US where Martin stayed as Business Unit Mgr until 2010. Martin is the now business owner of Henningsson & Co which provides services in organisation changes, budget process, business focus, sales, project management and business development.

Isabelle Planhage

Board member

Qualifications:
Isabelle has versatile international experience in administration and coordination work, of which 6 years are coordination and management of development projects in Africa, continuous support services for various projects, mainly in Angola and Guinea-Bissau, representing companies at different authorities, translation from English, Portuguese and Swedish, report writing, billing To Swedish and foreign customers, travel bills, accounting and payroll.
Isabelle speaks five languages, Swedish and Portugis (both fluent), English, Spanish and French. Isabelle has been a member of the board in Jetas Quality Systems since 2009.

Isabelle has also attended several courses in computer Science and Project Management during here career.

Managerial:
Isabelle has over 5 (five) years of marketing experience such as event coordination, press activity, campaigns, corporate communication and administrative support to the executive marketing manager. She also has educational experience as a pre-school teacher and gymnastics coach.
Currently she works with supporting managers in their roles by relieving them administratively. All in order to create security in communication between special people with disabilities and the City of Gothenburg. Between 2009 and 2014 Isabelle served as project admin in a EU project aimed at supporting people who, for various reasons, are far from the open labor market.
